One-Pot Herbed Chicken and Navy Beans

Returning home leaves me with lots of laundry and trying to get caught back up at home.  I wanted something easy for dinner tonight that didn't leave a lot of dishes for Brad to do as he is busy getting caught up with his school work. 

This dish is too yummy to not share!  I hope ya'll like it too!



One-Pot Herbed Chicken and Navy Beans

You will need:
6-8 skinless boneless chicken thighs
2 tsp. EVOO
Salt
Pepper
Poultry Seasoning
1 14.5 oz. can of stewed tomatoes (undrained)
1 14.5 oz. can of navy beans (drained and rinsed)

Directions:
Heat 2 tsp. EVOO in large skillet.  Sprinkle salt, pepper and poultry seasoning over chicken thighs.  Place chicken thighs in heated skillet seasoning side down.  Cook for about 3 minutes.  Reduce heat, flip over chicken thighs and add tomatoes and navy beans.  Cover and heat for about 10 minutes or until chicken is done cooking.
