Ham and Pepperoni Stromboli

Let's go Buckeyes!  The football game and yummy football food are the plans for this Saturday night.  OH-IO!


As for our football food, we are having a yummy Stromboli.  Here's the recipe.


Ham and Pepperoni Stromboli

You will need:
1 Rhodes frozen bread loaf, thawed
1/4 lb. ham
Turkey Pepperoni
Low-fat shredded mozzarella cheese
Italian seasoning

Directions:
On a lightly greased baking sheet, spread out the dough in a rectangular shape.  Layer ham down the center of bread dough.  Layer pepperoni on top of the ham.  Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the pepperoni and sprinkle on the Italian seasoning.

Starting with the longest sides, wrap up the bread dough using water on the edges to get it to stick best.  Wrap the top edges in as well and place seam side down on the baking sheet.  Bake at 375 degrees for about 22 minutes or until golden brown.
