Taco Pasta Bake

You will need:

3/4 bag whole wheat rigatoni
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 pkg. low sodium taco seasoning
1 C. water
1/2 package fat free cream cheese
1 1/2 C. low-fat shredded Mexican cheese


Boil pasta until cooked.  Drain and rinse with cold water.  Set aside to cool.

Brown the ground beef and drain.  Add taco seasoning and 1 cup of water.  Simmer until some of the liquid has reduced.  Add in the cream cheese and stir as it melts.  

In a large mixing bowl, mix pasta, beef mixture, and cheese together.  Place in casserole dish and back at 350 degrees for 30 minutes uncovered.
